Layout, Color Theme, Navigation, Page Names & More:
By purchasing a design service from JVH Distributing prior
to 10/30/2007 or GetMyNew.com after 11/01/07 you are
entitled to up to the amount of pages specified in the plan
you purchased. You are responsible to supply all \the
content you want on your website. You need to supply us
with a detailed description of how you want your website to
look and operate. This includes but is not limited to
color theme, page layouts, navigation, page names, content
placement etc. Once this information is received
from you, we will design the rough draft of your websites
layout and present it to you for review via a live version
of it online so you can easily see it. You are allowed
two (2) revisions to the look and operation of the layout.
Two revisions doesn't mean you can only change two things,
it means after viewing the rough draft you may advise us of
ANY changes you want to see after the first rough draft and
one more time after those revisions have been made at your
request. Any revisions requested by you to the
base layout, color theme, or graphic images, after your
second revisions requests have been completed, will be
billed at $45 per hour and must be paid prior to the work
being published.
Additional Pages:
If you need more pages than your original
purchase allows, you may upgrade as follows: If you
purchased a 1 to 5 page plan, and you now need 6 to 10
pages, you may upgrade to the 6 to 10 page plan for
$200.00. If you have upgraded already or originally
purchased a 6 to 10 page plan and now need 11 to 15 pages or
16 to 20 pages, you may purchase and additional 1 to 5
pages for $299.00 or 6 to 10 pages for $499.00.
Logo's
GetMyNew.com's website design packages do not include a
custom logo design for your business or personal website.
We are happy to design around your existing logo. If
you need a custom logo designed for your website, you may
purchase 3 (three) custom designed logo's based off of your
request to choose from for $100. We will take your
input of look and feel and what type of logo you want, and
then we will create three different versions of a logo for
you to choose from. If you do not like any of the
first three logo designs you may purchase another set of
three to choose from for an additional $100.
Page Content
You are responsible to supply all the content to be
included on your websites pages. All this content can
be emailed to us with the instructions as to how and where
you want it on the specified page. The full page
content and instructions from you must be received in
completion for each page specified before that pages rough
draft will be built. After the pages rough draft is
made live online for you to view, again you are allowed two
(2) revisions to the content placement the images and text
that you supplied us with only. After the second
revision has been completed on any page any other changes
will be billed at $45 per hour so really look things over
and make a full list of what you want changed before the
final revision. This will make things faster for us
and cheaper for you.
Payment
Payment for web design services must be
made before the work on your site begins. Updates to a
finished page or website may be paid after the work is done
but public access to the website will be removed if not paid
for within 30 days of the updates being completed and
published to the server. Once payment has been made,
the public access to the website will be restored within 24
hrs unless otherwise specified by any GetMyNew.com
employee. By purchasing any of our web design packages you
agree to supply all of your content for your site within 30
days of purchase. You are not purchasing an open ended
build. We will reserve your web site build for 30
days. All of your content you want on your website
must be submitted in the first 30 days of purchase to
support@getmynew.com
as we will reserve resources and staff to build your website
package you have purchased.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted in the first
thirty days of purchase on website designs where no content
has been submitted yet. Refund requests must be
submitted in writing to
support@getmynew.com
within 30 days of purchase only if no website content has
been submitted to us. If any form of content has been
submitted to us for your website then work will have been
started on your website and our policy is that we do not
offer refunds on website design packages where work has
started on your site.
